These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SA Heros Comics website and related services operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd. By using the site, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these terms as they apply in South Africa.

1. Site access and permitted use

SA Heros Comics provides online access to local superhero comics, collectables, and related collector services from Observatory, Cape Town. You may browse the site, submit an enquiry through the contact page, and use the information for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must not use the site in any way that may damage, interrupt, overload, or interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site, systems, or customer information. Content on the site is intended for lawful use only and may not be copied, scraped, republished, or resold without permission.

2. Orders, stock, and product information

Product listings, collectables, grading guidance, and service descriptions are provided for general information. Stock may change at any time, and some items may be one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity. We try to keep details accurate, but images, condition notes, and descriptions may vary slightly from the item supplied.

If an item becomes unavailable after an enquiry or order request, we may offer an alternative, place the request on hold, or cancel it with notice. Any order is only confirmed once we have accepted it and arranged payment and fulfilment. We reserve the right to decline an order where required by law, stock status, or delivery limitations.

3. Pricing, payment, and South African delivery

Prices are shown in Rand unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice. Payment terms will be shared during the order process. If payment is not received in full, we are not obliged to dispatch the goods or hold stock indefinitely.

We offer courier delivery across South Africa, including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Gqeberha, Stellenbosch, and Bellville. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for any special instructions needed for secure handover.

4. Grading guidance and collector services

Our grading guidance, pre-submission checks, cleaning advice, storage planning, and collection organisation services are intended to help collectors make informed choices. These services are based on practical experience with comics and collectables, but they do not guarantee third-party grading outcomes, resale value, or future market demand.

Any advice about storage, display, or safe shipping prep should be followed with care, especially in coastal humidity, changing temperatures, and homes where items may be exposed to dust or sunlight. If you choose to clean, press, store, or submit items for grading, you do so at your own risk unless we agree in writing to a specific handling arrangement.

5. Intellectual property and content rights

All text, layout, images, product descriptions, logos, and site materials are protected by intellectual property laws unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd.

Any comments, enquiries, suggestions, or feedback you submit through the contact form may be used by us to improve our services, respond to requests, or manage customer care. If you submit material that you do not own or have permission to share, you remain responsible for that material and its lawful use.
